Patricia Herrera

About

Patricia Herrera has spent her life behind the microphone and in front of the camera, sharing stories, voices, and perspectives with audiences around the world. With decades of experience as an On-Air Personality in television and radio, she has built a career that blends creativity, culture, and connection.

Her journey has taken her across disciplines and continents. She studied voice at the 92nd Street Y School of Music with Elaine Malvin, honed her acting skills with Gregory Diaz in Lima and Alma Ohms at the Puerto Rican Traveling Theater, and sang under the direction of Abraham Oquendo at Boricua College in New York. A year at the Institute Dante Alighieri in Rome deepened her love for art and literature, while a Public Relations degree from Lima’s Technical School of Administration gave her the tools to bring her artistry into the world of business and communication.

Fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and French, Patricia moves easily between cultures, always bringing people together through her work. She founded Latin Media, P.R. Co. as a way to amplify diverse voices and continues to be an active member of organizations such as SAG, AFTRA, the National Association for Female Executives, and the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.

For Patricia, broadcasting has never been just a career—it’s a passion for storytelling, a way of connecting with others, and a lifelong celebration of art in all its forms. In recognition of her work, she was nominated for “Life Time Achievement” for contributions to the Hispanic Communities at large, by El Diario, La Prensa, and has won several awards throughout her career.
